Sales Executive

Finovate, a leading independent Wealth Management firm, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and implement business development strategies that promote the firm’s services and solutions. This role requires a results-driven professional who can generate new leads, manage sales pipelines, and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the firm’s service offerings.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

 

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in financial services preferred).

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation Range: $80,000 – $120,000 base plus performance-based incentives and commissions.

  • Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications, in line with applicable law. The company reserves the right to adjust the pay range at any time.
