Responsibilities:
Serve as the key point of contact for coordinating and implementing the firm’s marketing activities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services and solutions.
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
Coordinate events, webinars, and client engagement programs to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and refine strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective campaigns.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $75,000 – $110,000 base plus performance-based incentives.
Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications, in line with applicable law. The company reserves the right to adjust the pay range at any time.
