Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the firm’s service offerings.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in financial services preferred).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $80,000 – $120,000 base plus performance-based incentives and commissions.
Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications, in line with applicable law. The company reserves the right to adjust the pay range at any time.
